Hi Konstantin, Thank you for your prompt service. I mailed my application from Europe (Slovak Republic) on Monday May 16, 2005, with a personal check enclosed. I received the International Driving Permit, with ID card, on Thursday June 2, 2005. I was extremely pleased with 16 days, from start to finish, between Canada & the Slovak Republic.
