Answer:
Federal Trade Commission can only make regulation for US located companies.
Our company located out of United States, that is why You cant see us on this site.
But we have same regulations: You had to have valid national drivers license to apply for IDP, You can not use IDP as a ID card or as a standalone document without Your native country drivers license, You cant use it more that 1 year after crossing border or use it in Your home country.

Question:
How legitimate is this International Driver Permit (IDP)? From what I understand based on the Federal Trade Commission website (http://www.consumer.ftc.gov /articles/0050-international -drivers-license-scams) , AAA and AATC are the only authorized agencies in the US to issue IDPs. Could you please let me know if you have the required permits and/or authorization from the relevant authorities to issue IDPs. I like the convenience and the speed at which one can obtain an IDP but it definitely not worth the risk if you are not authorized. Please reply to this or my email and based on my finding I'll consider getting an IDP from your company.
